Dr. Scholl’s specializes on products for the active person who needs relaxation and relief. Our massaging footbath delivers a invigorating bubble massage to revive your tired feet. The Smart Heat feature avoids a rapid cooling down of the water. It is not suitable for heating cold water. For warm water massage, you must begin with water at the desired Temperature. Unit comes with a relaxing acupressure pad attachment. Do not allow the footbath or run continuously for longer than 20 minutes. Switch it off and allow the appliance to cool down to room temperature.

I tried the ways other reviews mentioned, but it just doesn’t work. It is very noisy (sounds really working) but doesn’t keep water warm at all, doesn’t work, waste of money. I’ve purchase quite a few Dr Scholl’s products which are of good quality and work well, this one disappoints me.
Mediocre Product I just received this item today. I was so excited to try it after a long day at work. I must say, for Dr Scholl’s, it is extremely mediocre. That aspect is disappointing. There are a couple of problems:
DON’T RETURN UNTIL YOU READ THIS!! I thought I had all the same problems everyone else is saying. The first thing was the lack of bubbles, the second was the noise, and the third was the heat. Plug it in first and turn it on without water, and give it about 30 seconds to wind up. After you do, put water that is already to the temp you want. The sound of the bubbles will hide the hum of the motor and it should maintain the heat for a while. After you’re done, and poured the water out, turn it back on and let it run until water…
