Earthlite Full Round Bolster (Amethyst) … LOVE this inch Bolster- Amethyst by Earthlite!. Love purple and this is perfect as a knee separator. NOT too thick…NOT to thin. I had a larger bolster but that was twice the circumference (8-9 inches). It make my knee set up too high, and threw my hips out of alignment when I tried to sleep. This one is perfect for me. I’m 6-ft tall & 230 lbs. It doesn’t lose its ‘give’ like some others. I don’t think it would be good as an ‘UNDER THE KNEE” bolster unless you ONLY need about 2-5 inches…
Perfect size & firmness for a massage bolster!
