Perfect for my sciatic pain! Occasionally, I have some sciatic pain that makes it impossible to sleep. I noticed when I went to the massage therapist how wonderful it feels when she puts this kind of pillow under my knees (when I’m on my back) and under my feet (when I’m face down). I was using a regular pillow at home in the same way and it just wasn’t working.
