not for petite women I am a petite asian woman (5’2″) starting my 3rd trimester, and found this set too large. The breast holes were too far apart from each other and the belly hole was too long so my legs started in the middle of the hole, which in turn made me have to arch my lower back a little. Had the opposite effect of what I was going for. I could see this being more comfortable for larger women.
I didn’t feel like this purchase was worth the price and the clients … I perform quite a bit of pregnancy massages and thought spending this money would be well worth the cost. The pillow is made well, but was very uncomfortable for 3 different clients, who were all in different stages of their pregnancy. I will go back to wedging pillows and performing massages in other positions. I didn’t feel like this purchase was worth the price and the clients hated it.
Love it but has a few flaws I got this for my massage practice because I work on pregnant women constantly. I was just having them lay on their side but it caused them shoulder pain after some time. I can’t wait to use this! I laid on it myself and it was very comfortable. The face cradle is removable and I will be putting my own on it as this one is not the most comfortable.
