Brushes are great but the bag… I have other Ecotools so I knew the brushes would be to my liking, and they were. I wanted this for a carryon bag on an upcoming 4-day trip and the brushes were just the right size. BUT as cute and handy as the bag is, the zipper broke the first time I used it. So, 4 stars for nice brushes no stars for useless bag.
Great for travel Great for travel! Soft, easy to use and clean. The eyeliner brush works for both eyeshadow and gel, the eyeshadow brush works great wet or dry. I have used the powder brush for both face powder and bronzer, applies and blends nicely. The blush brush can also be used for highlighter. The foundation works great at applying foundation, but I still need to use a blending brush. Lastly my favorite has been the concealer brush, works great for concealer and eyeshadow base.
These brushes are a champagne brush on a beer budget I have tried cheapy brushes and will never go back to the shedding and poor feel.I have owned almost every type of ecotools brush in the past and just (pretty much lost them). I purchased the double sided set because i like to minimize, and the case and brushes were perfect. Felt nice, soft, expensive, and if they hold up like all my other ecotools they will shed very little and last very long.
