Excellent product! Iâm on my second one of these because they work wonderfully. Very easy to stay on top of the upper lip area, using a couple of times a week. Pain free, very compact for a makeup bag.
Only turned on one time. Dead. Bought as a gift for my mom, replacing the same brand (which lasted about a year). Charged this one, and turned it on to verify it worked. It did. Gave it to my mom, and it would not turn on the second time. Recharged. Light indicates that it is charged. Does not turn on.
