It requires 4 batteries to operate, or use the include USB cable to power up. It does not charge or recharge whatsoever. Deceptive description for this item. Returned promptly.

Good Not Great The Good:-It really does buff your feet.-You really can get it wet.-It comes with a USB cable, so you don’t have to use batteries.Th Bad:-It feels flimsy and cheap. I wish it had cost a little less.-It doesn’t “charge”. You need the batteries if you want to detach it from the USB cord. I’d love to find a truly rechargeable one.
