Cheap product and awful customer care Used item 5 times over a 2 week period and it quit working while servicing a client. Coil was beginning to rust even after taking the proper precautions. The high frequency dial was not functioning properly and the steam quit working altogether. Product itself is very unstable and hard to maneuver. Wonderful steamer! Itâs a really nice professional steamer and it works great! No ticking timer and the light and steamer are adjustable making it easier to move around. The only reason Iâm knocking off one star is because the instructions were horrible and the pictures were black and white and grainy. What I thought would be an easy build wasnât..
