How to clean EmaxDesign Makeup brushes:
1. Run the bristles of the brush under warm running water.
2. Apply a small amount of gentle shampoo to the bristles and work into a light lather.
3. Rinse the bristles thoroughly under running water. You will notice that the water leaving the brush is tinted from old makeup.
4. Continue rinsing until no color remains on the brush.
5. Allow the brush to air-dry.

Pleasantly Surprised For the price, I was willing to take a risk. I would definitely give these brushes a thorough cleaning before using them– the chemical smell was very strong– but I’ve otherwise been pleasantly surprised! This is a great starter set for someone who is beginning to get interested in makeup, or for someone who has already had some experience with makeup but is looking to try out some cheaper brushes before committing to more expensive sets. I think the variety is great and has really helped me…
wouldn’t recommend I wasn’t too happy with this makeup brush set. I bought it on an Amazon Lightning Deal, so it was a good price, but I’m not happy with the brushes themselves. I was surprised that there isn’t a blush brush, which is really the only makeup brush I use on a daily basis. Of the total 20 pieces, only about 5-6 are not eye shadow brushes. Although this was my own mistake, as I should have read the description more carefully… I was certainly hoping for a blush brush, at least! The product name…
Where do I begin… I just received my brush set. I was thrilled to receive them!! I opened the box and began to unsleeve them. First impression is they are really nice and attractive.the bristles are soft yet not overly soft. They have substance to them.
