Excessive heat You will want to use tongs to get towels out of this unit, and set on a heat proof surface for a minute before using on a client. Towels get WAY too hot to touch.I bought this unit to save space vs the towel cabinet, but it’s a little TOO small. Standard spa towels (hand towels) do not fit; you must either buy specially sized towels (fortunately this came with 6) or use washcloth sized towels.
Awesome, but it gets VERY hot in a steamy Awesome, but it gets VERY hot in a steamy, slightly pressurized way. Please invest in some towel tongs or you may experience steam burns like I may, or may not, have thought I could get around by being slick with just letting the steam escape first, then handling the towels. They are still very hot, lol. An awesome product for hot shaves, leg massages, pedicures, etc.
One Star Do not buy this product! The plastic cracks in 2weeks and melted by the 4th week.
