Affordable and practical Iâve found the answer to my issue of spending a large sum of my check on refil cartridges; they feel just as sharp as mach3 but at a more reasonable price. They pivot likevmach3 and perform just as well too. The handle is a pleasure to hold. Iâm sure glad Gillette released this line of razors. I shave daily and these are a joy to use.
A good blade at a decent cost I have a heavy beard and require a sturdy, sharp blade to shave with. Needless to say, I can go through blades quickly which is why I appreciate the quality of Gillette blades, which hold their edge better and longer than any other I’ve tried — Schick comes in a close second. Also, if you’re wondering: three blades are enough for the large majority of people. I dinged them one star because I found the handle a little chintzy.
I love this razor handle for its sure grip! I have grown weary of the super dooper five-bladed razor cartridge for $4-5 each that fit the slippery razor handle. For a few months, I have used my old injector blade razor to avoid the ridiculous pricing of five-blade cartridge. The injector razor does have more tendency for nicks on my bumpy aged skin though.I came across an old Trac-Three handle and found blades on Amazon that were more reasonably priced than the five-bladed cartridge.
