It works! I am a black female with type 4 (the kinkiest) hair. My husband is a white male with type 1 (bone straight) hair. Our 5 year old daughter has curly type 3 hair. Generally, despite her hair FEELING more similar to her daddy’s, it BEHAVES more like mine; it’s dry, needs moisture on a regular basis, and is prone to tangles. I’ve tried multiple products out there on the market but nothing works long term to keep her hair moisturized. It would help if she wore a bonnet to bed to keep her hair…

Controls wild toddler curls! I am beyond pleased with this detangler. It is difficult to find products without fragrance, sulfates, parabens, and all the other questionable chemicals. It works wonders as a detangler and curl enhancer. And my two year old doesn’t put up a fight when I need to do her hair! Win!! (I’ve included before and after pics)

Not Formaldehyde Free Thought this would be formaldehyde free but it is not. I am allergic to formaldehyde and get bad blisters from it. Tetra sodium EDTA which is in this product is derived from formaldehyde so I threw it away as soon as I saw that.
