Customer service atrocious – no procedure, make up things as they go along Unit comes with 2 arrays, both described as 50 uses each. My array failed after 5-6 uses, customer service agreed it was defective but they would not replace it because too much time went by. I asked what is the window for returning the arrays in case I got another faulty one in the future. The woman said 30 days.
