Simple and effective The box and instructions do come entirely in Chinese but it is a very simple product to figure out. Plug in to charge. Press the power button on the bottom to cycle through vibration (blue light) or vibration with heat (red light) and press a third time to turn off.The vibration will only activate once you press it to your skin.
