Poor Quality The first warmer didn’t work. I send it back for a replacement. When the replacement came I left it in the box for 2 weeks until I was ready to set up my treatment room. When I put it on the shelf I noticed a dint in the side with cracked paint. When I called I was told they wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t call with in 5 days. The quality from this company is poor but customer service is prompt. They do have a 1 year warranty and said I can send it in to be repaired and that is the only…
