but it definitely gets things nice and hot The holding areas are smaller than I expected, but it definitely gets things nice and hot! This is by far the hottest towel warmer I’ve used (careful pulling wet towels out!)
Works Great When our old unit died we were unsure if we’d be able to match it’s output in out high volume spa…this unit has done a great job and the staff love it.
