This massage chair is awesome! Even though the feet do not recline This massage chair is awesome! Even though the feet do not recline, the massage is wonderful. Yes it is a deep massage and it will hurt a bit at first, but with my back problems, it definitely has calmed me down. This chair is not meant for anyone over weight and or 5″10 and taller. The seat is narrow which would make it hard for someone 200 +. As far as the height, I’m 5’7 and stuggle getting my neck massaged but because I bought it for my back mainly, i give it 5 stars. :):)
14 months of light use, and it is not operational! I really hope I can update this review with a more positive one soon! I have had this chair for 14 months with light use (1-2 times a month). I LOVE the massage, it is firm and therapeutic. BUT, this morning it stopped working. The “manual” doesn’t help at all, as it just has set-up instructions and safety instructions. I have sent a message to the company, and hope it is fixable. It is KILLING me that I am 2 months out of warranty, and it is not operational. Wish I had checked…
AWESOME PRODUCT This chair is a BEAST, if you have a not it will get it out, this is not a typical massage chair that touches you lightly. I really feel that it should be called a deep massage chair, my wife was really blown away at how well it worked and said it is way better than the ones at nail salons.
