How to Use John Frieda Frizz Ease 3 Day Straight Flat Iron Spray with Keratin:
Starting with 7-15 sprays, spritz throughout clean, damp or wet, not dry hair. Use more or less depending on the texture, length, and thickness of your hair. Comb through to distribute evenly, then blow dry hair straight. Finish by sectioning and flat ironing. For best results, set flat iron temperature to at least 300°F or medium/high setting.

No lie. 3 days of straight hair. This has been a game changer. I canât bring myself to straighten my hair every day but this only requires me to do so once every three days and it still works even after I wash my hair. Best results if you use the same product line of shampoo and conditioner and the primer. My Jew fro was super straight and shining all three days
