So excited I did everything the instructions manual said but to my disappointment I did not get a full burst of constant … I just got this about a week ago… So excited I did everything the instructions manual said but to my disappointment I did not get a full burst of constant steam. What I experienced is small 2 seconds bursts of steam having my face just sit there begging for the steam to flow constantly for 15 mins, was not happening….so disappointed I’m in 2 minds now whether to try it again or return this product ….Ugh
Works This is a very decent face steamer. I was very hesitant to order because the reviews looked suspiciously good. No it is not a $1000 spa unit. But for a home steamer it is good… And good for sinus problems too. Regarding the ‘chemical’ smell… There is a smell, but it is a plastic-like smell (which you sometimes get from a new plastic item) and I think it will dissipate with use.. but perhaps not.
OMG I have tried two other steamers! I have been trying to find a steamer that actually works. If you respond to my review I will let you know which I’ve tried. The two I’ve tried I had these problems: the first was nice and I expected it to be decent quality because the regular price was $80 and it was on sale for $30 for Christmas. It was crap bc the reservoir was constructed of garbage quality plastic. In the description it claimed essential oils could be used with it. I had the steamer for approximately 2-3 days and had used…
