Such a great device! Husband needed this for a chest cold and it’s been very helpful. So far so good. I cleaned the plastic water holder with soap/water before using since it had a strong plastic-chemical smell. Then I rinsed the opening where the water container attaches — and then ran it for 2 minutes without breathing the vapors. After the 2 minutes it smelled fine.My husband had been using a pot of water on the stove to breath steam for his stubborn chest cold — and it was too awkward. This device makes it super easy for him to do treatments in under 1 minute.
It does it job. Just make sure you put … It does it job. Just make sure you put at least room temperature purified water. If you put ice cold water it will not work. The first time I put purified water straight from the fridge and steam never came out. The next time I heat it for 30seconds in the microwave so it could be at least room temperature and steam began maybe 20-30 later.
Excellent steamer! Great steam flow and feels refreshing each time I use it. My skin feels hydrated and soft after every use. My teenage daughter and I use it every other day. After 1 week of use, I noticed her pimples dies down. This product definitely helped clean her pores and melts away the oil in her pores. Definitely recommend this!
