I love it! So easy my husband learned how to use it when I was injured. I absolutely love my hair straightener! I carefully read all the reviews and the attributes of various hair straighteners. Sleek, shiny, soft finish!! Better quality than I thought. My hair is very course, curly, and thick and I was able to use just my Pantene heat protector and the iron to get it very sleek, shiny, smooth, and soft!!
