Tips for charging:
1) Pls charge device before using at first time, and will take about 3 hrs.
2) Battery icon is different from our phone when it is charging,It will flash and only one vertical bar (it does not load), the battery icon will disappear if it is full of charging.
3)The device does not work when it is charging.
4) Recharge device if it is low power, otherwise longtime low voltage condition may cause damage to the battery.

I would rate this better but 2 of the functions didn’t work I would rate this better but 2 of the functions didn’t work ,the rest work very nice I can tell that I really like the product though, I could tell how much better i felt in just one day of use and my skin was already showing some signs of aprovment . I will give this product another chance and reorder and hop all functions work.
