Useful addition to morning routine Very useful for getting ready in the morning.It took five to ten minutes to install and the instructions are fine. It’s important to make sure the screws are tight in the wall, though. Otherwise, the plate will not sit tight and the product might move around a little like the other reviewers mention. I did it the easy way and used a drill.The arm is stiff, which i prefer, but others may not.Also, I got the 10x zoom but in retrospect that was a little closer…
Serious design flaw The mirror I received is seriously flawed. The bolts or screws holding the sides of the mirror to flip it over are too loose. There is no way to tilt/position the mirror. It will not hold a horizontal position and is very loose and hangs loosely in an unusable position. I tried everything to tighten it, but it is not possible. I waited too long to return it. I was able to make it “work” by wrapping rubber bands around one side. This is a very poorly made product especially considering…
