Disappointed sort of I ordered on to fit my Living Earth table, it fits perfectly (in the holes) but it seems so low. I also purchase a foam face cushion… it almost seems like it needs to be double the thickness to feel (which has nothing to do with this purchase exactly). Also, I received a notice from this company that my payment was rejected so I processed it again and I ended up with 2 of these (grrr…) so that is quite irritating. Need one, contact me!
Unreliable Product Terrible. Purchased this a few months ago and only use it for one client, once a week. It doesn’t hold the weight of client’s head after this short period of time. Other reviews say to tighten it… I shouldn’t have to fix a product I’ve only used (and barely used) after only 3 months. Also, it is minimally adjustable. Would not repurchase.
Happy Good for price although I thought it was broke at one point then I figured out how to tighten it up and keep it from falling down on its own. By turning the lever that you put down to hold it in place also acts as a tightening mechanism.
