Great Value! Professional grade materials I found very few reviews. This chair is very sturdy. It is definitely professional quality. The headrest has 2 supports to hold it in place.The carrying case is a large soft-sided luggage type. The chair fits easily inside. You do need to remove the arm and headrest pads. but for the convenience of the rolling tote, it is worth it.My older chair was less expensive, which means it was lighter weight due to being low-quality materials.This chair is SOLID, so it is heavier, but…

hard case is false advertising i thought i ordered a massage chair with metallic hard case for storage. i was sent a black, soft, nylon suitcase instead. and it arrived half a week after the guaranteed date.

So glad I discovered this brand. I bought this for professional use after deciding to upgrade my previous chair. It was between this and the Dolphin II. I perform on average 6 hours of chair massage a week, primarily neck and shoulders with a lot of pressure. The face cradle on this sucker is STRONG so I feel very secure using force and don’t have to worry about the cradle giving out and decapitating my client.
