StarBlend Cake Makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used wet or dry. This essential powder makeup transforms imagination into reality. The full coverage formula was developed to withstand the utmost in extreme performance conditions, including hot stage lights. Available in a wide range of shades, skin tones, jewel tones, plus black and white.
How to Use:
StarBlend can be applied dry with our Paradise Makeup AQ Smoothie Blender, or wet with our Natural Sea Sponge. Colors mix well by blending on the skin or by shaving dust from the container and mixing on a clean surface. StarBlend lasts longer than conventional cake makeup and can be sealed with our Barrier Spray to make it sweat resistant. Remove with soap and water.

This stuff ROCKS! I bought this in green to make my 6 year old look like the Wicked Witch of the West. We used the makeup twice on her and once on me and I can’t recommend it enough. While this is a powder compact, it works best wet. After three applications, I learned the best thing to do is buy a cheap kitchen sponge, keep it damp, rinse it often, and apply this wet. Perfect Replacement for Pancake!!!! Amazing product. You really have to know how to apply this in order to make it work. So if you have never done this before, it is really simple: Wet a fine cloth or sponge (a small, soft sea sponge, not wedge sponge) then rub the wet cloth or sponge onto the makeup.
