1. Before using the steamer for the first time, please let it run with a full tank of water with a few drops of lemonade for removing a bit of odor from manufacturing.
2. When adding water, please gently pull out the water tank vertically from the back of the steamer, and then twist off the round lid at the bottom of the tank to fill water.
3. The distance between the steamer and face should be 7-8″ inches (20cm) when steaming. A full tank of water can be steamed for about 8-10 minutes.

The device is great but it is SO SO SO poorly made that … Even with the UTMOST CARE the water tank on this device broken into many pieces. I need 2 spare tanks. The device is great but it is SO SO SO poorly made that there is no way it won’t break again. Mine lasted one week. How do I get in touch with this mysterious Asian company so I can get two spare water tank for this plastic toy? Puts out a lot of steam BUT it is TOO TOO TOO fragile for the job. Help your brain relax I love this steamer. I used it twice a week and felt wonderful and the steam was hot (good hot) and lasted for a good 10-15 minutes. I suggest you to use it straight out of the shower because the shower helps you widen and open up your pores and will make it more effective. The steamer is so relaxing, and the fine mist of steam is so easy to breathe in while steaming. My skin has gotten much smoother, softer and more comfortable with a few uses. and I really like it. I don’t have to wait for water … I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and I really like it. I don’t have to wait for water to boil anymore. It could feel like it’s not as hot as the over-the-bowl method of steaming, but for that I just move closer. It’s really relaxing compared to bending over a bowl. The steam is surprisingly powerful, and I don’t notice a harsh smell from production like some people do. I do smell like a plastic smell, but it’s actually kind of subtle and nice.
