Got past the pain and it really does help me relax, and sleep, too! At first, I thought who in the world does this to themselves…it felt like pure torture. But, after a few days, I am addicted because it does help me relax. I sleep better, too, and can tell when I skip the treatment. I always do it before I go to bed. And I didn’t receive it free – I intentionally bought it and glad I did!

Explain to me again why this works ?? I am still a bit unclear about the concept, but darn this mat works like magic for stress relief and the aches and pains in this 60+ year old body. I purchased one also for a gift … And just purchased a second one to use at the office. (Although I sense co-workers will question my sanity when they see this)From day one I have used it at least an hour. BLISS

No pain, no gain! After reading so many great reviews about this product, I had very high expectations. Now, about a week after receiving my own acupressure mat, I will say that this mat not only met my expectations, but exceeded them!
