Noisy, but works the only reason I am docking this a star is the fact that the motor is pretty loud. The bubble feature feels fabulous, and the foot grips on the bottom of the spa doesn’t hurt my feet. I’d love a quieter spa so I can listen to my music and relax after a long noisy day at work. I leave plugged in for 15 minutes, then I just soak for the remaining 15 in silence.I haven’t quite figured out the heater function yet…water goes cool pretty quickly, but I’m asuming it might be user error.
