Warmth and Comfort for Pain Relief If you have any circulation issues this is the best massage oil ever. Warms your muscles and improves circulation. I bring it to PT with me and my therapist uses it on me and it’s far more comforting than the cooling gels like biofreeze etc that make me shiver and cold. Occasionally I add ginger and lemon essential oils to it for even more warmth. It’s wonderful.
Works great with Fasciablaster I don’t necessarily feel the warming of this, but that’s fine by me as I got it more for the bruising relief that I read elsewhere it would address. I’m using Ashley Black’s Fasciablaster and I have definitely noticed that when I use it in conjunction with this oil, I have have significant less bruising (don’t worry, bruising is part of process and is expected).
