1-star The chair is defective, remote doesn’t work. Too many scratches, tags are removed. Different than the description, seller Backstory is horrible, don’t buy!

A good chair that could be great with a few improvements. I’ve had my Osaki OS-4000 massage chair for about 1 week now. Both my wife and I really like the chair quite a bit. There are some pros and cons you should be aware of though.
