Extremely happy with the quality and results! Shipping was punctual thanks to the seller! I love this shaver. I bought a phillips sensotouch 3D a few years ago and loved it. I’ve been using that for years. Last year I had to buy a replacement head for it the (RQ12+) and I found that Phillips had stopped producing the original head the (RQ12). A great electric shaver- easily the best foil on the market! I have primarily used electric shavers for the past 15 years (occasionally let my stubble grow over a weekend and blade shave) and this is easily one of the best I have owned. I have been using a Braun 9095cc for 2.5 years and while it is good, it is not “great.” I have used various models of Norelco and Braun over the years but for some reason never thought to try Panasonic. OMG!! THE Razor to End all Razors. WOW!!!! Look, I’ve read more reviews on this product than I can begin to tell you. I bought the previous version of the Arc 5 and returned it. I bought a Braun and returned it. I bought the top of the line 9 series Norelco. I again, bought the newest 9295 Braun razor, and yes, returned it. Let me explain why. I am on blood thinners now.
