I really like these toe spreaders and hope they will do the … I am hoping to prevent further movement of my large toe into my second toe after bunion surgery. I really like these toe spreaders and hope they will do the job. The gel this produce is made of is so comfortable that I forget I have them on…really. They also offer some pain relief in the joint of my large toe. I wear them vertically to provide more space between the big and second toes, but they could also be position horizontally for less of a spread. The only reason I gave four stars…
