but this is better as a personal steamer I was impressed with how fast the steamer heated up, but this is better as a personal steamer. The arm did not extend far enough to reach my client. It was a struggle and I ended up burning my hand trying to balance it, the base gets really hot. Easy storage though.
I really loved it initially but the water cup cracked after a … The arm length on this unit is very short, so you have to position it very close, which is on convenient but you can work around it. I really loved it initially but the water cup cracked after a couple of weeks so now it’s useless. I’m not sure if the cup is just low quality or if there’s a voltage/temperature issue.
Waste of money Just bought this recently. Used it only a couple of times before it malfunctioned and burnt out. The inner pipe actually got so hot it cracked open.
