Best Razor I’ve ever owned. I waited a while before reviewing it, and after having it for a few months I must say I like this a lot. In the past I only used razors, and I never shaved every day, usually every other day or every third day as they just irritated my skin. The best Norelco yet. I know $300 for a shaver seems excessive, but this is the best shaver I’ve ever had and this is about my 6th or 7th Norelco. The new double pladed heads really do the job and do so quickly and comfortably. The cleaning unit is probably not essential, but is bundled and works OK while recharging the shaver. Shaves my face better than the Braun 9 series I have been using a Braun 9095cc regularly for about four months, and was getting good results everywhere except my neck. The hair on my neck grows flat against the skin, and in many different directions, and the Braun could not adequately trim my neck area. I tried this Norelco 9 series, and the first shave it cleaned up all hair on my face with little effort, including the longer, flat hairs on my neck.
