Be careful. hood is not adjustable to head and neck height. and too lightweight. easily tips over. I incurred burns from the unit tipping over and the steamed water damaged my skin.
Very nice steamer I love this steamer and my hair does too. Makes my hair feel so hydrated. I have relaxed shoulder length hair. I steam every other week and my hair has more movement then before. It’s very easy to assemble and easy to use. I like it alot
Seller charges a 20% restock fee if you return this product. Do not buy from this seller. I did not like this steamer because the hood does not cover your head from forehead to the back of your neck and I was burned with the hot water that collects in the rim of the hood. I am returning this product and asked for a return label. I received an email today from the seller advising me that there would be a 20% restock fee and I was also asked to forward this product to another customer who apparently bought it.
