Cheap, flimsy parts especially the headrest Parts are cheap plastic and flimsy, already broken down. Headrest tightener broke off within a few months, seat is wobbly and unstable. Waste of time and money. Next time will invest more in something that is durable!!
Happy then sad This is a nice chair but the way the headrest is made is poor. It won’t beat the weight of a persons head. I think it’s the mechanism it’s plastic with no teeth to hold the clamp. Kind of a bummer to have to “rig up” a new item with pillows, doesn’t look very professional does it?
It’s like almost cardboard or particle board on the bottom of … I am a massage therapist and purchased this chair for an “extra.” This page lists the chair as: “Capacity: 700 LB static, 300 LB working.” THIS IS NOT ACCURATE!
