It is quite awful and it does not work like it is listed Don’t buy this product. It is quite awful and it does not work like it is listed! The air flow is EXTREMELY weak.Second of all they are extremely rude through messages trying to return this item, AND they want you to pay for return costs with a tracking number. Which it does not say anywhere on their site that you have to pay for return expenses if you want to return an item.Read reviews, don’t buy.!

IS THIS THING ON?……. FINAL UPDATE 11/24/17–The seller reached out to me after a YEAR and ask me to try this dryer again and give it my HONEST review. Well, first let me say “I STILL LOVE THE DRYER” and it still works after the second use. The dryer also gets really hot and I don’t have to stay under it long to get my hair dry and I have very thick hair. I wish I didn’t have to go through what I did with this seller when I initially purchased the dryer. However, if you do have an issue with this seller…
