An excellent single blade razor to form styles to beards I usually use a four blade Gillette to do shaving. Anyway, to form a style to e.g. beard it is needed to use a single blade. If you do shaving in a similar way, it might be required to do a few practices to avoid cutting your face with a single blade (it is a bit different than e.g. a multi-blade Gillette even with a safety edge). I rate this product with 5 stars. It comes with 100 blades and the price is highly reasonable.
Ideal for maintaining sharp cheek/neck line As a first time user of this type of razor, I think this one has a pretty mild learning curve. For reference, before this I was using Dollar Shave Club’s 4X. I made the switch after I started keeping a short beard–I just didn’t need new blades coming every month anymore and the 4X didn’t give me as clean of an edge as I wanted. Excellent concept, blades could be better. I will start off and say that I wholeheartedly recommend this set to anyone who thinks $20 per 3 pack for modern razor cartridges is ridiculous. Short of buying an actual straight blade razor, this is the cheapest shave you are going to get, all without the higher initial costs of a good straight blade and its peripherals.
