Thoroughly soak, feet, elbows and pumice in warm water. Rub very firmly in circular motion. Feet feel silky smooth afterward and it does not cause pain or bleeding from cracks. I love pumice stones I love pumice stones, and these are awesome to use. These can be used on feet and elbows really anywhere on you. I have used it all over just because I like getting rid of any and all dead skin. These are made pretty good. My only issue is with the little pieces that fall off the pumice itself. It feels like sand and is about the size of sand. I do not like that on my skin. I would advise on not using this in the bathtub unless you plan on showering afterwards to get off all those tiny…
