Thank you for choosing Qivange. Sometimes if our makeup brushes smell like paint since they have been sealed in the bag for long time, don’t worry! Just wash the brushes and the bag in water with little shampoo and wait them dry, the smell will disappear!

How to clean makeup brushes(which you can also see from the brochure):
1. Holding bristles face down, run bristles under warm water.
2. Gently squeeze out any excess water and makeup residue.
3. Apply a dime size amount of mild soap and olive oil into the palm of your hand.
4. Massage the bristles into your palm in a circular motion under running water until the water runs clear, being careful not to submerge the brush.
5. Gently squeeze out any excess water using a clean towel.
6. Let the bristles air dry in an open space.

Customer service is good. 4 stars because Customer service is great. There was a problem with my brushes so I reached out and they offered to replace or refund my order . I chose the refund as I couldn’t wait for new product to arrive, and it was processed quickly and efficiently by a very polite representative.
They’re alright These brushes come neatly packaged in a small makeup bag along with a small insert telling the consumer which purpose each brush is suited for. Upon reading the insert, it does say that the brushes can come smelling like paint. I took the brushes out and smelled each one individually, none did carry a paint smell. However, I did take a whiff of the makeup bag and it did smell faintly like paint, but this scent does go away. The makeup bag itself does feel flimsy and cheap, like something youâd…
High end quality and appearance with great value and an unbeatable price. These brushes are super soft and when I saw the FB ad for them on amazon I jumped on them right away! The purple and gold called to me I swear. purple is the color of royalty and I knew with the gold accent that these were worthy of being displayed on my vanity!. These brushes are very gorgeous and they’re seriously glamorous, I think any girl would be greatful to have these as a gift.
