Useless design. Keeps falling apart. No way to keep the foil attached to the unit. This shaver gives a pretty good shave and has a long battery life, but the thing falls apart. After three months, I’m throwing it away because the cutting foil keeps popping off when turned on. The top piece is too hard to get off, but after cleaning it out a few times, it won’t snap back on. Engineering if the cutting blades seems sketchy to me. They also fall off when cleaning. Hard to reseat them.

Don’t buy this shaver unless you wear earplugs and have no moles, warts, or pimples on your shaving surface. After using this since early December 2017, this is probably the worst Remington shaver that I have owned and I have been using them for over 25 years. The original cutter had that came with the shaver was pretty good but it got a hole within 6 – 8 weeks. I bought an replacement Remington cutter head and that is 3-4 times as noisy. The trimmer that is supposed to trim long hairs actually has cut moles and pimples on my face and head. I shave my head and I use this shave for both. my old triple…

It Took a Long Trip to My Address, But Was Worth the Wait I first received the Remington PF 7400 as a warranty settlement from Remington. I was dubious about the shaver at first, but then I tried it and I can say I have never had a close shave as I got from the PF 7400. I use the PF 7400 in my office as I come in very early and leave very late. In the meantime, my home use shaver, an old Remington DA 307a, died of old age [10-155 years], so I needed a new shaver for home use.
