Doesnât work well at all…. Does not heat to 455 degrees. I have the same 2 in Remington flat iron with up/down temp control buttons that works great. I figure this one being the same with the exception of the knob vs buttons to control temp, that it would work the same. Not the case. Very disappointed.
NOT WORTH THE RISK. Lost 5 inches of my hair. I would give this lower than one star if I could.This thing is either a REALLY good fake, a defective product which now can’t be returned, or the brand has gone downhill. The outer shell gets heated so much while the iron is on that it actually burned my counter and the iron shorted without my knowing it and got stuck on the HIGHEST HEAT SETTING (which I NEVER use). I typically set it to the 15 marker (the highest is 30) and had it on 15 when I was doing my hair. It superheated in…
