Used to be a better quality product… This works fine but the cord gets tangled when winding my hair. It’s supposed to move freely so that doesn’t happen (and my last one did that) but this one winds around the handle and has to be untangled by hand.
Does not actually heat up. This product does not heat up in the way that a normal curling iron should. It is hot in one spot and not throughout the barrel. It does not curl anything. The closest thing I got to being curled was the ends of my hair, that slightly had a bend in them. I typically have very easy hair to style, so I was shocked with how much trouble I had with this. I went for this one instead of a more expensive brand because I did not realize it would make that much difference, so I guess I won’t make that…
DON’T BUY!! DANGEROUS CURLING IRON I liked this curling iron at the beginning. Then one day (on low heat) it burnt my hair off! DON’T BUY THIS!!!!! Before anyone asks…yes, the curling iron was clean, no the heat setting wasn’t on high, and no the products I use did not cause this. I have used the same hair products for two years. This is a clear malfunction of the curling iron and it cost me my hair!
