I used it and notice that after an hour, most of the wax was hard and only a small amount was melted, but I only needed a tiny amount for my eyebrows. Do NOT purchase!! I went into my salon to find a room FULL of smoke and this wax pot melted. The whole thing was so hot that it could have easily caught fire anytime! I’m just glad I found it before that happened! Lesson learned… you get what you pay for! Never again will I stray from purchasing a professional product.
HORRIBLE! I followed all of the instructions and when I plugged the pot in within five minutes it was so hot that the cord melted out and the outside plastic started to bubble. So disappointed.
