Hot salt stones Purchased these after receiving a salt stone massage at my local spa so I could continue to use them for my achy hands and feet. I heat them up in my toaster oven for about 5-8 minutes on 300 degrees F. They get very hot! They are much larger than I anticipated and I think they should last a while. I’m not sure of the healing properties of them, but I find they conduct and contain heat well. Just holding the hot salt stones helps my carpal tunnel aches in my hands.
These are amazing. If you have a job where you sit … These are amazing. If you have a job where you sit long periods of time, a great trick is to put these on your back with a heat pad behind them, feels amazing and boosts energy. (perhaps they give off negative ions when heated? like a salt lamp) Either way great product. Also very good for massage.
