… to find a stand up mirror that was a good size. Finally this turned up in the Arts … I looked on Amazon for days to find a stand up mirror that was a good size. Finally this turned up in the Arts department. It is clear as can be and comes with a plastic film to keep over it if you want in order to protect it. I just peel back the plastic film nearly all the way and fold it back over when not in use so it doesn’t scratch. Great for blowing my hair dry while sitting down and putting on my make-up. So happy I found this.

Very clear reflection (after peeling the ‘almost invisible’ thin film off!) When the mirror first came and I looked at it, I immediately felt disappointed and wanted to throw it away. It was labeled for child 3+ and made from whole plastic which has very poor reflection quality that I couldn’t see anything clearly! At first I thought there must be a film that I can peel off, but alas, there’s no sign of it. I was frustrated and it’s been almost a week until I got an email from Amazon to review this product. I wanted to write all of my disappointment right away but then…

Edit to previous poor review My new review: I humbly admit that a 5th grader figured out the problem with the mirror that I described below. He peeled off a plastic film that was not visible from any of the edges of the item. I had inspected it earlier looking for such a film but found no evidence of one. In the end, I’ve decided this is a terrific product! Light weight and very clear.
