Ongoing saga of razors To start, I shave my head and face daily, sometimes every other day, but usually daily. I have a couple of things I look for in razors:
Great for legs, face, whatevs I’ve been shaving my legs since I believe the 5th grade. Knees and ankles are the worst. I am pretty sure I’ve tried ever brand under the sun, along with every brand of shaving cream. Look, my razor doesn’t need to be pink, it just needs to work well and last a long time. I am sold on these. They are cheaper than most brands and they last a LONG time. One lasts me around 2 months, shaving every other day, and leaving the razor in the damp shower. Not nearly as good as the free sample to get me hooked I got a schick hydro razor for free with the purchase of 2 cans of Edge shaving gel at Sam’s club. The free one gave me the smoothest, closest and best shave of my life.I’m 66 by the way. So I ordered these blades. To my dismay they were not nearly as smooth as the one that came with the free sample. They still give a nice close shave but not nearly as irritation free as the sample. Is this a case of bait and switch or is it simply poor quality control. I’m on first of 4. Time will tell.
