Love it. I’ve wanted to try this scent for years and decided to go ahead and do it. I love it. I think what I love the best is the lasting power of the cologne. It’s not gone after an hour but the notes of the scent do change. I think I like that part the best. The deeper tones of the cologne come out giving a richer scent and very pleasant. It’s a nice-sized bottle with a spray feature, well packaged and very attractive. Now I know why heroines in novels always wear Shalimar.
This ISN’T Shalimar! I’m 70 years old and have been wearing Shalimar since I was 17. That’s a long time to get to be thoroughly familiar with a scent. I recently ran out of my Eau de Toilette spray and decided to gamble on this supposedly great deal. There is no way in the world that this is the real thing. DON’T BUY IT I have been buying Shalimar eau de toilette for many years. I received this bottle a short while ago and have tried it a few times and have been very disappointed in the product. IT IS NOT MY SHALIMAR. Whatever they put in this bottle is surely not Shalimar. If anyone has the answer to this problem, please let me know. I cannot return it and am sad about that.
