Really nice diffuser This is a really nice diffuser. Being able to adjust the amount of diffused air being emitted is a feature we enjoy. The only reason I didn’t give it the fifth star is that I couldn’t get the wifi interface to work. After the seller reminded me to use the 2.4ghz ssid of my router and I still wasn’t successful, the seller told me to keep the unit and refunded the full price. I appreciate that kind of cooperation and service. It says a lot for the character and commitment of the seller.
Having this compatible with a router that supports both 2.4 and 5.0 would be great. EDIT: 5/14/18. Dual band routers work now. So, I’m using Google Wifi, which supports both 2.4 and 5.0, but it still won’t connect. Not sure how to rate this.If your router supports both, it still won’t work. so make sure your router ONLY supports 2.4. Seems really limiting.EDIT: As of 5/14/18, they updated the app so I can connect to my dual band router. I don’t know if strictly 5g can be connected, but you have a dual band (2.4 and 5.0), it will work!
THE best supported Diffuser I will but more I bought this diffuser to find out about them. I liked the fact that I could control it with Alexa or my phone. Because it holds 400ml of water it lasts all day/night, and it really does a good job, it scented three large rooms about 1200 sq ft. When I tried to connect the diffuser to my router it would not connect!! I sent an e-mail to Sierra Modern Home and we tried to connect via e-mail but could not connect. I gave Sierra my phone number so they could call me and we could figure out what I…
